After our successful 2009 season which was our first as a two car team, the 2010 season is now underway. Adrian and Emma had their first child Patrick in December 2009 and have decided to take a year out of motor racing. We do expect to see them from time to time at events but all that Adrian will be racing in 2010 is pushchairs against other Dads!

Paul will be racing in all the Porsche Club Championship events. Class 1 of the Championships seems to be well subscribed with at least 15 cars expected, over half of them are the 968 model that we race, others include 964 and 993 models. The racing will be highly competitive and the challenge of securing a high end of season placing is significant – after all that is what racing should be like and perhaps the main reason we do it.

StockSports are a motor racing team with passion for competition. In 2008, we contested Class 3 of the Porsche Club Championship and achieved 12 Class podium places during the season. After 15 close races, the team were awarded 3rd in Class and 9th overall out of 55 in the Championship.

We ran two Porsche 968 cars in 2009 and contested for outright wins in Class 1 of the Porsche Club Championship. The cars were driven by Adrian Stock and Paul Follett, we finished 7th & 13th respectively in what was our first season at that level.

We hope you enjoy our site and find it informative, do try and visit us during the 2010 season when we promise a warm welcome in the paddock. We do have a nominated charity for 2010, it is the Register of Engineers for Disaster Relief or REDR, they are an organisation that provide trained engineers that support the humanitarian effort throughout the world.
